Edward W. Hardig (email) received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1961, and earned his B.S. from Notre Dame cum laude in 1958.

Ed practices in the areas of real estate, business, estate planning, and probate administration. He is a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association, where he is a past chair of the Business Organizations and Probate and Real Estate Sections. Ed is also a member of the Indiana State and American Bar Associations.

Ed served as a captain in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1964 to 1968, where he worked as a judge advocate general. Prior to that time, Ed served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in St. Joseph County from 1963 to 1964.

In 2006, Ed was inducted as a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.

Michael J. Anderson (email) received his law degree from Valparaiso University in 1982, and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1977.

Mike practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, medical malpractice litigation, and real estate transactions.

Mike is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Mike is also a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and is a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Association (1995 to present). In addition, Mike is a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association, where he has served in various offices and on the Board of Governors. In addition to serving on the board of his homeowners’ association, Mike served as a member of the Merit Board of the St. Joseph County Police Department. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Equal Justice Fund.

Peter J. Agostino (email) received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, graduating cum laude in 1986. Pete also received his B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, graduating magna cum laude in 1983.

Pete practices in the areas of municipal law, personal injury litigation, employment litigation, products liability litigation, and civil rights litigation. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Pete serves the people of St. Joseph County by representing the County in employment matters.

Pete is a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association. Pete also serves on the Pastoral Council at Christ the King Catholic Church in South Bend, and was inducted as a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation in 2006.

Scott M. Keller (email) received his law degree cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, in 1988, and his undergraduate degree in management from Purdue University, where he graduated with honors. Prior to joining the firm in May of 2000, Scott was a partner in the South Bend office of Barnes & Thornburg, where he practiced in the area of construction law, commercial law, real estate and creditors’ rights. While at Barnes & Thornburg, Scott chaired the Construction Law Practice Group in 1999 and 2000.

Scott continues to practice in the areas of construction law, commercial law, real estate, and creditors rights. Scott is admitted to practice in Indiana as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Scott has been active in the St. Joseph County Bar Association, where he has served as the chair of the Young Lawyers Section, a member of the Board of Governors, and President in 1998. Scott has been a fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation since 1997.

Scott has also been involved with the Indiana High School Mock Trial Program since 1993, serving as the attorney coach for the Mishawaka Marian High School and New Prarie teams and on the Executive Committee of the Indiana High School Mock Trial program.

Scott also has served on the Advisory Board of the Thomas N. Frederick Juvenile Justice Center in South Bend, as well as on the Board of Directors for LaSalle Park Homes.

Bernard E. Edwards, Jr. (email) received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1985, and earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1979. Bernie is admitted to practice in Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Bernie practices in the areas of estate planning and appellate practice.

Bernie is actively involved with the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition, a national competition for young musicians.

William L. Wilson (email) received his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1991, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1988.

Bill is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Northern District of Illinois (including Trial Bar), the Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Bill practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, copyright and intellectual property (except for patent law). He also serves as a mediator and has been a mediation trainer.

Bill is a member of the Indiana State (member, Board of Governors 2010–2012) and St. Joseph County Bar Associations (member, Board of Governors 2007–present), as well as the Robert A. Grant Inn of Court, where he has served as program director and vice president and currently holds the office of president. He is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. In 2009, Bill was named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Bill is an adjunct assistant professor at the Department of Film, Television and Theatre at the University of Notre Dame, where he teaches Entertainment Law.

Julianne R. Parish (email) received her law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1996, and her B.S. degree from Indiana University. Julianne practices in the area of civil litigation. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

While in law school, Julianne participated in moot court, trial advocacy, and trial workshops. She was also the editor of the Michigan Opinion Notes in the Michigan Bar Journal.

Julianne is a member of the American, Indiana State, and St. Joseph County Bar Associations.

Julianne also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Davenport College where she teaches Employment Law.

Loris P. Zappia (email) received his law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1993, and earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1989. After spending several years in private practice, Loris joined the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office as a deputy prosecutor, where he continues to serve today. Loris joined Anderson, Agostino & Keller in 2002. Loris is a member of the St. Joseph County, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Loris is a member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals and on the St. Joseph County Drug Court Advisory Board.

Mark F. James (email) received his law degree from Valparaiso University in 1985 and his B.S. from Purdue University in 1982.

Mark is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He practices in the areas of family law, juvenile law, personal injury, estate planning and probate administration.

In June of 2005, Mark completed a forty-hour training program in family law mediation, and has therefore become a certified family law member. He is also the chairperson of the Family Law Committee of the St. Joseph County Bar Association.

Mark is a member of the Indiana State and St. Joseph County (chair, Family Law Section) Bar Associations.

Mark and his wife, Lisa, and their three children attend St. Jude Catholic Church in South Bend.

Bradley L. Colborn (email) joined AAK in 2009 after completing his law school career at Valparaiso University in the same year. Before enrolling in law school, Brad earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington.

Brad practices in the area of civil litigation and handles civil asset forfeiture cases for the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office.

Michael P. Misch (email) received his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, and his undergraduate degree in finance from Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business.

Mike practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, employment litigation, and medical malpractice. Mike also represents whistleblowers in cases involving defense contractors and Medicare and Medicaid fraud. He is admitted to practice in the states of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mike is a member of the American, Indiana State, Illinois State, and St. Joseph County Bar Associations.

Tracy S. Schafer (email) received her law degree from Valparaiso University. Before law school, she earned her B.S. in political science from Purdue University.

Tracey practices in the area of civil litigation, and she is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
