Anderson Agostino & Keller, P.C. is a South Bend, Indiana law firm that has a large practice area focused on employment, labor law, and complex litigation. Labor Law
The Firm represents employers and labor unions whose members work in many different kinds of jobs. We handle cases under the National Labor Relations Act, Railway Labor Act, and the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act. AAK lawyers participate in labor-management negotiations, advice, and litigation of labor arbitration cases.
Overtime and Minimum Wage Violations
The Firm handles class action and collective action claims for unpaid overtime and misclassification under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
